Submit Samples

1. Order forms

Download our order form (Excel). Please complete both tabs, and include:

• Complete Shipping and Billing information

• Samples List - refer to the Prep Types and Costs tab for preparation types

2. Email

Email completed order forms as an Excel attachment to orders@petrography.com. We copy-paste your digital form to avoid transcription errors. 

3. Print & Ship

Include a hard-copy of both tabs of your order form,

securely package your samples and ship to:

We'll contact you with your Order # and Projected Ship Date when your samples are logged in for processing.

Invoices are sent by email within 2 weeks of order completion. Please submit separate orders for projects with multiple funding sources - we are unable to split invoices after sample processing. 

Payment methods include Check, EFT/ACH and Credit Card via PayPal (no account necessary).
